Bunbury Football Club Venue Hire

The Bunbury Football Club premises are available for private and group hire. Costs associated with this will depend on the proposed use (i.e. day hire, weekend, birthday party) of the premises and your requirements.

The downstairs area is licensed to host functions of up to 200 and the upstairs is licensed for 100.

Base Club Rental Charges

Day Hire $150 -$250 (Depending on requirements)
Evening Hire $250 (additional cost apply as listed below)

Long standing members are encouraged to speak with the bar manager as arrangement may vary.

Additional costs

Extra costs apply for hire of the club for evening functions. These include:

Bar staff

$20 per hr per person - Based on 2 staff members on duty from 6pm to 12.00 pm at $20 per hr per person charge will total $240.
$30 per hr per person – For staff hire after midnight.

Security costs

Evening hire of the club for private functions will require the use of security. This will be organised by the club bar manager and is an additional expense to base club rental charges.

Based on hire of the premises from 7pm -12 midnight security could indicatively cost $350. Please note that all 21st birthday functions will require the hiring of security.

Should you wish to decorate the venue a professional is available for an additional cost, please discuss this with our bar manager.

The Bunbury Football Club does not host 18th birthday parties.

Any inappropriate behaviour on the club premises will result in the immediate termination of premises hire.

No BYO is permitted on the premises.
